Our Commitment

As a social application that facilitates connections between users for events and activities, we understand the critical importance of implementing and maintaining rigorous standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Policy Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Definition

CSAE refers to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors. This includes, for example:

• Grooming a child for sexual exploitation
• Sextorting a child
• Trafficking of a child for sex
• Any other form of sexual exploitation of children

Strict Prohibitions

Pary absolutely prohibits:

1. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

2. Content that sexualizes minors: Any content that presents, encourages, or promotes the sexualization of minors.

3. Grooming behaviors: Any attempt to establish an emotional connection with a minor to gain their trust for the purpose of preparing for sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or other abusive activity.

4. Facilitation of exploitation: Any content or behavior that facilitates the exploitation of minors.

Implemented Safety Measures

1. Age Verification

• Mandatory verification: All users must verify they are at least 18 years old to use Pary
• Required documentation: Identity and age verification during registration
• Additional controls: Automated systems to detect attempts to evade age verification

2. Content Moderation

• Automated review: AI systems to detect inappropriate content
• Human moderation: Dedicated team of trained moderators
• Continuous review: 24/7 monitoring of content and behaviors

3. Detection Technology

• Specialized tools: Implementation of PhotoDNA technology and other CSAM detection tools
• Behavior analysis: Systems to identify suspicious behavior patterns
• Content filters: Automatic filters to prevent distribution of inappropriate content

Response Procedures

Detection and Removal of CSAM

When Pary obtains actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform:

1. Immediate removal: Content is immediately removed from our platform
2. Account suspension: User account is permanently suspended
3. Report to authorities: We report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local authorities as appropriate
4. Evidence preservation: We preserve evidence for law enforcement investigations
5. Preventive measures: We implement additional measures to prevent future incidents

Investigation Process

1. Immediate assessment: Every report is evaluated within the first 2 hours
2. Complete investigation: Detailed investigation of content and context
3. Appropriate action: Taking measures based on the severity and nature of the incident
4. Follow-up: Continuous monitoring to ensure compliance

1. In-app: "Report" button available on all profiles and content

Required Information

For effective processing, include:

• Other safety reports: Response within 24 hours
• General reports: Response within 48-72 hours
